Lake Louise Fire Hall and Multi-Unit Residential Development

Infrastructure Alberta has proposed the development of a new fire hall and multi-unit residential building in Lake Louise, AB. The developments will be located at 105 Village Road and 100 Hector Road, respectively. The developments are initiated in response to the increasing wildfire risk, growing local population, and the need for enhanced emergency response and affordable staff housing in the region. The new fire hall is designed to replace the existing undersized facility, providing a post-disaster rated, modern emergency services building for Improvement District No. 9. The Multi-Unit Residential building will offer essential housing for first responders and other key staff, addressing the acute shortage of employer-owned accommodations.
