Beaver First Nation 2025 Manufactured Homes Lot Servicing

Beaver First Nation is proposing to develop an area for the Child and Family Services temporary office and homes located on Boyer IR No 164. Site preparations for 3 pre-manufactured home pads will include vegetation clearing, gravel pads, shallow and deep utilities, mainline connection, concrete parking areas, regrading the existing ground and demolition and rebuilding of the existing gravel road.

End of Public Comment Period 

May 13, 2025 - The public period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
