Sturgeon Lake - 3 Unit Housing

Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation is planning to build 3 units for residential housing. Units 502 and 503 will require clearing before development. All 3 units will require new driveways, gaslines, sewer, and power, to tie into the existing infrastructure. Each unit footprint is 960 square metres.

December 7, 2025 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
