Sturgeon Lake - 3 Unit Housing

Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation is planning to build 3 units for residential housing. Units 502 and 503 will require clearing before development. All 3 units will require new driveways, gaslines, sewer, and power, to tie into the existing infrastructure. Each unit footprint is 960 square metres.

December 7, 2025 –Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
