Pikangikum First Nation - 10 Unit Residential Construction Project

Pikangikum First Nation is proposing the construction of 10 new residential units on Lagoon Road (236 CLSR). The project involves minor site preparation, including driveways, grading and drainage, and the construction of the 10 homes. The site has previously been cleared and has road access. Each lot is 25m x 50m = 1,250m² x 10 lots = 12,500 m² total project area. Each residence will consist of a four (4) bedroom unit (122m² each) to be built on screw-pile construction. Potable water and wastewater will remain as truck/haul service (cisterns/holding tanks) until such time that these services are provided to this area of the community. Hydro utilities will be installed pending completion of the housing units construction.
