Notice of intent to make a determination

Enoch Cree Nation ATCO PMR Maskekoshihk Phases 7-9 – Public Comments Invited

March 27, 2026 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether Enoch Cree Nation ATCO PMR Maskekoshihk Phases 7-9 located on Enoch Cree Nation reserve lands is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

ATCO is proposing to replace a natural gas distribution pipe at Enoch Cree Nation and complete a pressure upgrade to the distribution system.
