Errata Statement: draft Environmental Assessment Report
Section 10.1 of the draft Environmental Assessment report, posted on February 27, 2026, states "The assessment of impacts on Cat Lake First Nation's exercise of rights is being drafted by Cat Lake First Nation and will be available in the final EA Report."
This statement did not accurately reflect Cat Lake First Nation's January 19, 2026, submission of its Preliminary Assessment of Impacts on Cat Lake First Nation's Aboriginal Rights, Title and Interests Arising from the Springpole Gold Project. This document is now available on the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry at the link below.
