Notice of intent to make a determination

Enoch Nation Embers Addition to River Cree Casino & Hotel – Public Comments Invited

April 30, 2024, – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the Enoch Nation Embers Addition to River Cree Casino & Hotel located in Enoch Cree Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
